Vinot Artisan produces boutique wine using traditional methods including hand picking, open fermentation, hand pressing in a basket press, and ageing in French Oak. This allows the quality to be enhanced and the winemaker to manage the wine on a small scale to maximise taste. Small in scale and large in flavour! The focus is on wine making and viticulture as part of a holistic lifestyle rather than and a mass produced product.
